Warm Tips: 1. Take off the black ring (between the top and the bottom of every pen). 2. Twist the pen nib back into the cartridge in a leftward motion. 3. After you hear a click, take the cap off, hold the brush downward, and gently squeeze the barrel until you see the ink flow into the brush.
